Level 3: BDMs, National Register: featuring a disused water features with glued in pebbles underneath a staircase by the staff cafetaria. Some white/black pebbles have been forcibly picked out by the very-bored and displaced in the wrong compartment.
Reception
We spent a few hours here waiting to register the brand-new Kai Oliver Furakawa. The system went offline for half an hour. Thankfully the decor held my interest.
